At Magic Magnet, we take pride in producing high-quality personalised products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of personalised products, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is in accordance with UK consumer law regarding bespoke goods.
Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders for personalised items cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
